Remarks:
(1) Cancellation of visiting an exhibition or attending a conference must be notified to the AFE Organizing Committee in writing, including by fax, postmark or email to [email protected].
(2) Applications for cancellation of exhibition visits or conference attendance received on or before April 15, 2024, will be charged an administrative fee of US$200 (per person).
(3) The person who notified by telephone must also submit written notification for follow-up. Any applications received after April 15, 2024 or those who fail to attend during the show will not receive a refund.
